ronnie is fat compared to arnold. he needs to trim up and lose some fat. arnold is a machine. considering he wasn't on steroids like ronnie and the equipment he had to use, arnold is superior in every way. plus arnold would crush ronnie with his wallet!
wrong! you don't think Arnold was on roids? He took them from about 1965 all the way through his career. you are wrong about the equipment too. Ronnie uses the same things Arnold used. Just hard core free weights mostly.
Ronnie Coleman took a lot more HGH it makes your mucles grow but it also enlarges your organs. Theres no amount of body fat Ronnie could cut to have a small stomach because his organs are over grown.
